I did not have a good experience. Yesterday they were to be there between 1 & 3 and did not get there until 4 pm. They dragged their hoses over my hardwood floors and did not put anything down to protect the floors.
The next morning I realized an expensive camera flash that had been on my table by the door they were going in and out of was missing and they had been the only ones in the house in the last 24 hours (I had been using it that morning). When I called to complain they had the worker that had been at my house call me - not the owner. I phoned back and when he finally called me he was rude and combative.
I am looking into what my options are.

this is my 2nd responce,yes we were late and we did call the cotumer to let here know,she wants big discount we said no,she was upset, we did nnot repeat, we did not take anything from here house, we did tell here we were sorry we were late but nothing wouldv satisfied here,but she was happy with the job
